You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted. Please ensure you contact us within this timeframe to start the process.

How to Initiate a Return:

To begin your return, please send an email to 60jokers-rounds@icloud.com. In your email, include your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Please note that you must email us to obtain the correct return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may not be processed.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions stated above. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
